Tanggung Jawab Penilaian Infeksi Pengendalian Risiko (ICRA)

1.    Direktur Rumah Sakit

  • Menunjuk Tim Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi untuk memastikan secara ketat tindakan pencegahan di tempat proyek dan setiap kali renovasi, konstruksi dan pemeliharaan bangunan yang dilakukan di daerah-daerah yang diduduki dalam Fasilitas Perawatan Pasien.
  • Menyetujui atau menolak hasil rekomendasi mengontrolan infeksi ditempat proyek untuk memindahkan pasien ke daerah lain dari fasilitas yang tidak terpengaruh oleh konstruksi.

2.    Panitia Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi

  • Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor resiko tinggi yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penyebaran infeksi akibat renovasi, konstruksi dan kegiatan pemeliharaan bangunan.
  • Menentukan apakah konstruksi menimbulkan peningkatan risiko yang cukup untuk meminta / menyarankan pasien dipindahkan ke area fasilitas yang tidak terpengaruh oleh konstruksi.
  • Mengkoordinasikan system pencegahan infeksi pada pembangunan renovasi, konstruksi dan pemeliharaan bangunan bersama sama dengan  penanggung jawab dan pengawas proyek.
  • Memastikan dokumen kontrak yang ditanda tangani penanggung jawab dan pengawas proyek untuk melaksanakan semua persyaratan ICRA selama konstruksi.
  • Setiap desain dan perencanaan untuk setiap proyek konstruksi harus diawali dengan membuat ICRA.
  • Secara rutin memantau konstruksi dan system pencegahan infeksi dengan ICRA.
  • Memeriksa kembali daerah konstruksi setelah pembersihan akhir dan menyetujui pembukaan / pembukaan kembali daerah tersebut.
  • Memastikan setiap personil konstruksi menerima orientasi dan pelatihan dalam langkah-langkah pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi tentang risiko yang terkait dengan paparan potensi kontaminasi mikroba, partikulat anorganik, dan bahan kimia organik yang mudah menguap yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan konstruksi yang dapat diidentifikasi pada ICRA sebelum memulai pekerjaan.
  • Melakukan pengawasan rutin untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit HAIs, memulai penyelidikan lingkungan dan epidemiologi (termasuk ulasan retrospektif) untuk mengidentifikasi dan menghilangkan sumber infeksi jika lebih dari satu kasus yang ditemukan, menginformasikan kepada dokter yang merawat pasien berisiko tinggi, dan membangun sistem untuk surveilans prospektif untuk kasus tambahan.

3.    Penanggung Jawab Proyek

  • Memberi tahu Tim PPI pada setiap pekerjaan yang direncanakan dan memperoleh persetujuan sebelum memulai pekerjaan proyek.
  • Mengikuti aturan ICRA yang disetujui untuk meminimalkan pembentukan debu.
  • Memastikan pekerjaan daerah proyek benar-benar dibersihkan setelah pekerjaan selesai.

4.    Petugas IPSRS

  • Bekerja dengan Pengendalian Infeksi untuk mengidentifikasi daerah-daerah yang perlu dipel basah / dibersihkan dan membersihkan daerah-daerah seperti yang dijadwalkan.
  • Daerah baru dan direnovasi benar-benar bersih sebelum menerima pelayanan perawatan pasien.
  • Mengkoordinasikan inspeksi pembersihan akhir dengan Pengendalian Infeksi sebelum pembukaan / membuka kembali daerah yang telah direnovasi atau konstruksi.
