1.4.1.      Hak dan kewajiban pengguna layanan ditetapkan dan disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat dan semua pihak yang terkait, dan tercermin dalam kebijakan dan prosedur klinik

Pokok Pikiran:

  • Keberadaan klinik dalam mengemban misi dalam menyediakan pelayanan klinis dasar harus berfokus pada pelanggan.  Pengelola dan Pelaksana  perlu memahami dan memperhatikan hak dan kewajiban pengguna pelayanan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan.

  1. Ada kejelasan hak dan kewajiban pengguna pelayanan
  2. Ada sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dan pihak-pihak  yang terkait tentang hak dan kewajiban pengguna pelayanan
  3. Ada kebijakan dan prosedur pemyelenggaraan mencerminkan pemenuhan terhadap hak dan kewajiban pengguna pelayanan.

Kriteria

1.4.2.     Adanya aturan (code of conduct) yang jelas untuk  mengatur perilaku pimpinan Klinik, Pemangku jabatan  dan pelaksana  dalam proses penyelenggaraan pelayanan klinis klinik. Aturan tersebut mencerminkan tata nilai, visi, misi, dan tujuan klinik.

  •  Perlu disusun aturan (code of conduct) yang mengatur perilaku pimpinan klinik, pemangku jabatan dan pelaksana kegiatan pelayananklinis yang sesuai dengan tata nilai, visi, misi, dan tujuan klinik

  1. Ada aturan yang disepakati bersama oleh pimpinan, pemangku jabatan, dan pelaksana kegiatan pelayanan klinis dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan.
