Contoh Prosedur Laporan Program PMKP kepada Direktur Rumah Sakit

  1. Komite Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan pasien membuat laporan yang ditujukan kepada Direktur Rumah Sakit setiap bulan.
  2. Direktur Rumah Sakit menerima laporan dari Komite Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien tentang hasil upaya Peningkatan Mutu berupa laporan Indikator Mutu dan Laporan Insiden Keselamatan pasien setiap bulan.
  3. Direktur Rumah Sakit memberikan feedback dan rekomendasi tindak lanjut hasil laporan program pelaksanaan Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien berupa laporan tertulis.
  4. Direktur rumah sakit menyampaikan rekomendasi tindak lanjut hasil laporan program pelaksanaan Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien melalui rapat, email setiap satu bulan sekali kepada Komite Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien.
  5. Komite Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien akan menginformasikan  laporan feedback dan rekomendasi tindak lanjut hasil pelaksaanaan program peningkatan mutu dan keselamatan pasien dari direktur rumah sakit kepada PIC pengumpul data melalui rapat, email setiap satu bulan sekali. 
  6. Komite peningkatan mutu dan keselamatan pasien mendesiminasi hasil laporan indikator mutu kesemua unit terkait.
