Contoh Prosedur Perhitungan Honor Dokter di Rumah Sakit

  1. Bagian Honor Dokter akan menarik data Laporan Jasa Dokter dari sistem yang akan digunakan untuk menghitung Jasa Dokter (Rawat Jalan, Rawat Inap, Rawat Darurat, Penunjang Medik, MCU)
  2. Bagian Honor Dokter melakukan verifikasi atas formula perhitungan Jasa Dokter di laporan sistem, dan jika ditemukan kesalahan akan dilakukan koreksi di sistem 
  3. Bagian Honor Dokter akan mencetak laporan honor dokter versi system, dengan periode cut off :
    1. Periode 1 :Tanggal 12 – 26  (realisasi pembayaran tanggal 5)
    2. Periode 2 :Tanggal 27 – 11 (realisasi pembayaran tanggal 20)
  4. Apabila tanggal cut off bertepatan dengan hari libur, maka tanggal cutoff didasarkan pada hari kerja terdekat sebelum tanggal cut off.
  5. Bagian Honor Dokter melakukan verifikasi data sistem dan laporan harian kasir untuk memastikan tidak ada double pengajuan dan perhitungan sudah tepat baik secara manual maupun secara sistem.
  6. Bagian Honor Dokter melakukan perhitungan pajak penghasilan Dokter dan menyerahkan laporan pajak ke bagian pajak untuk dibuat SSPnya.
  7. Honor dokter baik secara manual dan sistem yang telah selesai dihitung dan di verifikasi dicetak dan diberikan ke bagian treasury untuk dilakukan pembayaran.
  8. Pengajuan pembayaran honor dokter ke bagian treasury di serahkan selambat-lambatnya tanggal :
    1. Periode 1 : H-1 sebelum periode pembayaran tanggal 5
    2. Periode 2 : H-1 sebelum periode pembayaran tanggal 20
  9. Pada saat pengajuan pembayaran honor dokter ke bagian treasury, Bagian Honor Dokter melampirkan dokumen berikut :
    1. Rekapitulasi honor dokter ( total summary)
    2. Rekapitulasi honor dokter ( detail per dokter)
    3. Rekapitulasi Guarantee Income per Dokter
  10. Bagian treasury menerima pengajuan pembayaran dari Bagian Honor Dokter dan melakukan verifikasi.
  11. Apabila pengajuan telah terverifikasi, bagian treasury meminta approval pembayaran honor dokter sesuai dengan Matrix Authorisasi yang telah berlaku.
  12. Bagian Treasury melakukan pembayaran Honor Dokter selambat-lambatnya tanggal :
    1. Periode 1 : Tanggal 5 setiap bulannya
    2. Periode 2 : Tanggal 20 setiap bulannya
