Contoh Prosedur Petty Cash di Rumah Sakit

  1. PIC Petty Cash memeriksa bukti transaksi dan saldo petty cash setiap hari.
  2. Aabila saldo sudah mendekati plafon, atau secara mingguan, PIC Petty Cash mengajukan pengisian kembali petty cash. 
  3. PIC Petty Cash membuat pengajuan pengisian kembali petty cash, disertai dengan dokumen pendukungnya. 
  4. Atasan PIC Ppetty Cash (Minimal level Manager) menerima dan melakukan verifikasi bukti transaksi dan Laporan Petty Cash.
  5. Atasan PIC Petty Cash menandatangani pengajuan pengisisan kembali petty cash apabila sudah sesuai.
  6. Bagian Keuangan menerima pengajuan pengisian kembali petty cash dan melakukan verifikasi bukti transaksi dan Laporan Petty Cash.
  7. Bagian Keuangan memproses dan menandatangani pengajuan pengisian kembali petty cash apabila sudah sesuai dengan data  pendukung, kemudian menyerahkan dokumen ke bagian akuntansi untuk dibuatkan Jurnal.
  8. Bagian Akuntansi menerima pengajuan pengisian kembali petty cash dan melakukan verifikasi bukti transaksi dan Laporan Petty Cash dan melakukan penginputan jurnal transaksi di sistem. Proses penginputan jurnal dilakukan sesudah proses pengisian kembali (reimbursement) selesai.
  9. Bagian Keuangan meminta approval pengeluaran dana sesuai dengan Matrix Autorisasi yang telah ditetapkan dan berlaku di Rumah Sakit
  10. Proses pengisian kembali Petty Cash 7 hari kerja semenjak dokumen pengajuan lengkap diterima oleh bagian Keuangan.
