Izin Usaha Jasa Kesehatan (IUJK)

Pendahuluan

Izin Usaha Jasa Kesehatan (IUJK) merupakan izin yang wajib dimiliki oleh setiap orang atau badan usaha yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan. IUJK diterbitkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota atau Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, tergantung pada jenis dan skala pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan.

Jenis-jenis IUJK

Berdasarkan Permenkes No. 7 Tahun 2022, terdapat 4 jenis IUJK, yaitu:

a) IUJK Praktik Dokter: Diberikan kepada dokter yang ingin membuka praktik mandiri.
b) IUJK Klinik: Diberikan kepada klinik yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama.
c) IUJK Rumah Sakit: Diberikan kepada rumah sakit yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan tingkat lanjut.
d) IUJK Sarana Penunjang Pelayanan Kesehatan: Diberikan kepada sarana penunjang pelayanan kesehatan, seperti apotek, laboratorium kesehatan, dan toko obat.

Persyaratan Pengajuan IUJK
Persyaratan pengajuan IUJK berbeda-beda berdasarkan jenis IUJK yang diajukan. Berikut adalah beberapa persyaratan umum:
a) Surat permohonan
b) Fotokopi KTP dan KK
c) Surat keterangan domisili
d) Izin praktik dokter (untuk IUJK Praktik Dokter)
e) Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) tenaga kesehatan
f) Akta pendirian perusahaan (untuk badan usaha)
g) Denah dan foto lokasi
h) Surat pernyataan kesanggupan memenuhi standar pelayanan kesehatan

Proses Pengajuan IUJK

Proses pengajuan IUJK dapat dilakukan secara online melalui OSS (Online Single Submission) atau secara offline di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota. Berikut adalah langkah-langkah pengajuan IUJK secara online:
a) Buat akun di OSS melalui website atau aplikasi OSS.
b) Lengkapi profil dan data usaha.
c) Pilih jenis izin usaha yang ingin diajukan (IUJK).

Unggah dokumen persyaratan yang diperlukan.
a) Bayar biaya perizinan.
b) Tunggu proses verifikasi dan persetujuan.

Biaya IUJK
Biaya IUJK berbeda-beda berdasarkan jenis IUJK dan daerah penerbit. Biaya IUJK dapat dibayarkan melalui bank atau online melalui OSS.

Sanksi bagi yang Tidak Memiliki IUJK

Orang atau badan usaha yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan tanpa IUJK dapat dikenakan sanksi, seperti teguran tertulis, denda, atau bahkan pencabutan izin usaha.
