Prosedur Pengecekan Obat Akan Expired
1.Obat yang akan mencapai masa expired minimal 6 bulan (kecuali item dan supplier tertentu) dilaporkan ke Logistik Farmasi untuk dilakukan proses retur ke supplier.
2.Pelaporan berupa berita acara yang berisi Jenis Item, Jumlah, Tanggal ED yang telah ditandatangani oleh Instalasi Farmasi, Manager Medis, dan Direktur Rumah Sakit.
3.Petugas Logistik Farmasi akan menandatangani berita acara tersebut dan mencatat di buku ekspedisi retur kemudian melakukan konfirmasi ke supplier untuk proses retur.

Rumah Sakit PONEK 24 jam adalah Rumah Sakit yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kedaruratan maternal dan neonatal secara komprehensif dan terintegrasi 24 jam dalam sehari, 7 hari dalam seminggu.
