  1. Beritahukan kepada pasien dan keluarganya dokter dan perawat yang bertugas pada shift tersebut.

  6. Perawat lakukan pengkajian nyeri
  7. Perawat dan dokter kaji riwayat penyakit dahulu
  8. Perawat dan dokter lakukan pemeriksaan fisik
  9. Perawat lakukan pengukuran tanda –tanda vital.
  10. Perawat lakukan pemeriksaan penunjang sesuai program medis
