Kebijakan Survey Ulang oleh Komite Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (KARS)

Ada bebrapa hal aturan terkait survey ulang (remedial) akreditasi rumah sakit, diantaranya adalah:

  1. Remedial dapat dilaksanakan pada rumah sakit yang belum mencapai paripurna
  2. Remedial dapat dilakukan pada bab yang kurang dari 80% namun di atas 60%.
  3. Pelaksanaan remedial berdasarkan permohonan pengajuan oleh rumah sakit.
  4. Rumah sakit dapat mengajukan remedial, bila minimal ada 4 bab yang lebih dari 80%.
  5. Pengajuan remedial paling lambat 1 (satu) bulan setelah pemberitahuan hasil akreditasiditerima.
  6. Remedial dilakukan paling lambat 6 (enam) bulan sejak tanggal pemberitahuan oleh KARS.
  7. Jumlah surveior dan hari survei ditetapkan berdasarkan jumlah bab yang dilakukanremedial.
  8. Rumah sakit berhak untuk tidak mengajukan remedial, walaupun mempunyai peluang untuk remedial.
  9. Remedial wajib dilakukan bila hasil survei akreditasi sama atau lebih rendah dua kali berturut-turut (kecuali paripurna). Bila tidak mengajukan remedial maka dinyatakan tidak lulusakreditasi.
